Soy Beef Stroganoff

Ingredients:

• 250 g of textured soy protein
• 1 tablespoon of olive oil
• 1/2 onion
• 1 tablespoon ketchup
• 1 tablet of legume broth
• 1 tablespoon coriander
• 1 box of Belsoy cream
• 2 glasses of warm water
• 1 clove of garlic
• 100 ml tomato sauce
• 1 dessert spoon of mustard
• 1 teaspoon (level) of salt
• 1 spoon of chopped chives

Instructions:

1 – Soak the soy protein in 2 cups of warm water for 30 minutes.

2 – After soaking, drain the protein well and set aside.

3 – Sauté the garlic in olive oil until golden add the onion and stir until translucent.

4 – Add the soy protein and sauté for another 5 minutes.

5 – Add the tomato sauce, ketchup, mustard, vegetable broth, salt and sauté for another 10 minutes.

6 – Add the cilantro and chives, stir a little and turn off the heat.

7 – Finally, add the cream, mix with the sautéed mixture and it’s ready.

8 – Serve while still hot with white rice and straw potatoes. It’s delicious.
